Charlemagne, or "Charles",  lives in the 4^th poorest country in the world, where the future for orphans, especially those with disabilities, is filled with struggle, poverty, and uncertainty.  He is a beautiful boy who has been waiting so long to have a family of his own.  He is hearing impaired, but he is so much more…..

He is described as mild and even, 

creative and resilient, 

shy yet engaging. 

Like all children, Charlemagne dreams of having a family who will love him and help him to reach his full potential.  He dreams of a future in which he can learn, grow, and thrive.  Could you be his dream of family?
